Our Suppliers

Our suppliers are chosen with the best quality in mind with only using the purest ingredients and/or certified organic. We will only use natural ingredients to provide high quality products along with no synthetic fillers, parabens, no animal testing, and harsh preservatives.

Care Instructions/Shelf Life

Keep products out of direct sunlight and at room temperature or below to stay fresher longer. Our shelf life is typically 12-24 months for clays and oils. All water-based liquid products include a natural preservative called Leucidal (Radish Root Ferment) and the recommended shelf life is 6-12 months when kept in a cool place. Refrigeration for toners is recommended as it will help stay fresher longer, but it’s not necessary.  We also use Vitamin E in our oils to extend the natural life and keep oils the freshest and potent.

Packaging

Excluding products typically stored in the shower such as a cleanser, our products are stored in glass containers to ensure the packaging doesn’t disturb the products quality. This may cause shipping to be higher than normal due to the weight.


Shipping Time

For U.S. orders: Typically orders are processed between 1-3 days, but please allow up to one week for your order to ship. Each product is handcrafted and made in small-batch or made-to-order so it’s received at the peak of freshness.  After shipping, please allow 2-5 days for your order to arrive depending on where you live.

For International orders: Please allow to two to four weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. Times will vary depending on the location. Usually it will arrive sooner, but customs can hold packages longer which is out of our hands.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are handcrafted in small batches in Los Angeles, California.

Returns & Exchanges

If an item is defective or damaged at the time of arrival, please contact us immediately with photo proof and we will ship a replacement. We are not responsible for stolen packages once delivery is confirmed, however, if your package was shipped priority mail or has insurance, a missing package claim can be requested. Please email me at info@klaybotanics if you run into a problem with your order and we’ll be happy to resolve it the best we can.

All Sales are final. We are not accepting returns at this time but will replace an item if quality is not up to reasonable standards.
