This Shea butter is the truth!!! It adds shine, glow and moisture to your skin that NO lotion in stores will ever do!! It’s pure and natural which shows in its results. your skin will literally feel like silk and you won’t get ashy for the rest of the day! lol Love this butter, show your skin some love with this.
I love this product. It moisturizes, feels creamy and makes my skin feel so smooth. And did I mention the smell. It has a soft cocoa butter scent. I don’t like overpowering smells and this butter is not. Overall quality product that I look forward to applying daily!
it's true: a little goes a long way. a little dab (here + there) is enough to moisturize the body. i apply the butter especially in the fall/winter when my skin gets dry from the cold weather. so, perfect timing! i also love the scent.. it's sweet and subtle.
I am fully obsessed with this shea butter. Not only is it super moisturizing and rich, but I have some scars on my legs from mosquito bites (I pick at my mosquito bites - I know it's terrible and I'm trying to stop) that have been there all summer, and literally applying this product on them has made the discoloration fade in days.
As others have said this moisturizes wonderfully and smells great. The reason it hasn’t become my go-to is because I find it really hard to distribute over my skin. Despite being whipped it’s very stiff going on. Maybe it’s easier when used on small bony areas like knees and elbows, but I’ve been using this primarily on my pregnant belly, hips, and butt, and I feel like I’m stretching my skin trying to push it around.
Hi Lauren, Congratulation on being a soon-to-be mom! Thank you for you feedback and I really appreciate that you took the time to share your experience. The good thing about uncompromised raw Shea butter is that it still holds a high concentration of fatty acids, vitamins, and all of it's healing properties. The other side of it is that raw Shea Butter is meant to rub between your hands to melt it and apply. This is the case for all raw Shea Butter unless it's been melted down and reworked for a finer consistency which then loses some of it's healing properties. I definitely don't want you struggling to rub it on your body and I hope this information helps!
